How to make your buttocks bigger fast – naturally!

Here we are, you have made the decision to build your booty – naturally! It will undoubtedly require hard work and dedication, but you will be pleased to know that there are a few fast methods to get you there.

You should firstly be proud of yourself for not taking the easy way to get there – surgery! Instead of lumps and bumps, and potentially dangerous consequences which could be caused by the dreaded s-word, you really can achieve a perfect natural, peachy butt FAST if you follow these tips! Get ready to have all the right curves in all the right places!

The first two tips here, are slightly more long-term approaches, however, you should still see some change within a couple of weeks whilst following these tips! Tip 3 & onwards are going to give you immediate results to make your butt look bigger.

EXERCISE!

Obviously, this first tip goes without saying. If you want to start on the journey to success, you need to exercise! Specific exercises like the ones mentioned below will focus just on your three muscles in your butt and deliver results. However, this will take time and dedication! If you’re looking for a faster answer, skip to tip 3!

– Glute Bridges
– Kneeling Kickbacks
– Squats (of course!)
– Lunges
– Stepper Machine
– Dead Lifts
– Leg Press

If you add weights to some of these exercises (glute bridges, squats and lunges) this could really benefit you and build the muscles in your glutes that little bit more. It is important to note that you don’t need to be adding big weights, as you will probably just damage your muscles. Start with small weights, which will help you tone up!
To get the most benefit from these exercises, do them at a slow pace so you can really feel the muscles working hard. Try to do these exercises 3-4 times a week and within the first two weeks you will certainly be starting to notice a difference.

 ADD THE PROTEIN!

If you add weights to some of these exercises (glute bridges, squats and lunges) this could really benefit you and build the muscles in your glutes that little bit more.
